Der Fernblick im Alltagsleben: Durch das Guckloch in einer mit Farbspuren überzogenen Holzkiste erspähen die Besucher*innen Menschen beim Gehen durch die Straßen einer Stadt und durch Grüngebiete. Der Blick fällt auf Asphaltwege, Fassaden und Parkbänke, auf Büsche und Baumkronen am Wegesrand. Anhand der Montage von persönlichem Foto- und Videomaterial setzt die Arbeit die scheinbare Ereignislosigkeit alltäglicher Wege, Blicke und Beobachtungen spielerisch in Szene.

The distant view in everyday life: through the peephole in a wooden box covered with traces of paint, visitors can see people walking through the streets of a city and through green areas. Their gaze falls on asphalt paths, facades and park benches, on bushes and treetops along the way. Using a montage of personal photo and video material, the work playfully stages the apparent uneventfulness of everyday paths, glances and observations.
